Portal

The Nexorra Private Cloud Portal serves as the primary user interface for interacting with the platform. Advanced users also have the option to utilize the Nexorra Private Cloud Terraform provider for infrastructure-as-code operations once their billing account and respective projects are set up.

The platform portal offers a modern and cohesive user experience across all platform services and administrative sections. These user journeys have been developed through close collaboration between our portal development team and various project/product teams.

In the near future, the Nexorra Private Cloud Portal will introduce a feature called Flex UI. This functionality enables the integration of third-party user interfaces as separate sections within the portal. It serves as a solution for integrating IT services provided by independent teams within the organization, wherein these teams take full responsibility for their respective services. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for this functionality is Q3 2023.

The portal supports customizable themes, allowing companies to design and apply their own theme to the platform portal. This includes customizing the name, colors, fonts, and more. Additionally, users can choose between light and dark themes, catering to the preferences of developers who often favor a dark theme.

The portal is multilingual, enabling users to change the interface language on the fly to suit their preferences.

Another useful feature of the portal is the ability to display dynamic user alerts as banners at the top of the portal window in the user interface. This functionality proves valuable for day-to-day platform operations, allowing users to receive notifications about incidents, new features, or any other relevant information. Moreover, the portal includes an advanced notification system that sends role-based notifications via email.
