Cloud migration

Cloud migration service helps customers who have implemented Nexorra Private Cloud to effectively migrate workloads (projects/products/IT systems) from their legacy virtualization and/or cloud platforms. Service helps to introduce migration methodology and technology, address all migration related organizational, financial, and technical challenges. Service can be turn-key when Nexorra performs all migration, or we can train customer team and do migration for a limited number of workloads.

Service scope

Service is delivered by Nexorra Customer Success Team consisting of program manager, migration analysts and consultants, platform DevOps engineers.
Work is performed mostly onsite since migration program requires a lot of close contact collaboration between various customer and Nexorra’s teams.

Service duration depends on number of workloads, organization, and resource allocation. Best practice is 200 projects/products in 8 months.
